White Tiger Qigong

There are over 3000 forms of Qigong. White Tiger takes Qigong to a whole new level by squeezing out toxins and emotions from the organs, using dynamic forms.

We use bio hacking, the kinetic chain, our knowledge of fascia and modern sports science to explain and improve each movement.

We first teach the warm up, which opens the meridians. We then teach Five Animal Qigong, Eight Trigram and Five Element. Each form is quite different, but help take the practitioner to a new level of peace and serenity, besides stretching out the fascia and improving longevity.

Meet Your New Teacher

Karen is a dedicated White Tiger Qigong Instructor. She came across the practice in 2015 and joined Master Tevia Feng in February 2016.

Karen has completed three 600 hour courses with Master Tevia Feng in person and has been a dedicated practitioner/teacher since 2016.

Before joining White Tiger, arthritis was an issue for her. Karen had pain and inflammation in her joints, restricting her activities.

Qigong has cleared the inflammation and she lives an active life of contentment now.

Karen is working and having great success with long covid students who have several issues, including inflammation and anxiety.
